AFTER PAYING, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once a new client books my services, I send to the new client his/her personal login details for the private client area, where the client will be able to access to the forms and questionnaires I will ask him/her to fill before I start working on his/her program. Once the forms and questionnaires have been filled, I will work on the personalized training and/or nutrition advice program/s. Once I finish, I will include all the information on the client´s private area, so he/she can access to the program/s. We will set monthly goals together and weekly follow ups, so we can ensure we are working on the correct direction.

On the private client area, each client has access to his/her personal file, which includes all his/her details, progress and programs. It also includes tools where the client can use to control his/her adherence to the program (i.e. water intake, food intake, etc…).

I like to send a few emails every week to remind my clients I am here for them and to provide support and motivation.

ARE YOU A QUALIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER?

Yes, I am! I am a qualified L4 Personal Trainer, with awards in Kettlebells, Suspension Training, Indoor and Outdoor Circuit training including Bootcamp and Padwork. I’m also specialised in posture and corrective exercise.

I am registered as a qualified personal trainer at the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).

WHAT TYPE OF TRAININGS DO YOU OFFER?

I adapt all trainings to each client´s needs, possibilities, lifestyle and goals, so the trainings will vary from one client to an other. From functional training to interval training, from walking to running, from weightlifting to bodyweight exercises, or a combination of different ones.

CAN I TRAIN FROM HOME AND STILL GET RESULTS?

Of course! There are many different ways to stimulate our muscles and body, so wherever you are able to train (from the office, the park or the gym) there is a program suitable for you to get the results.

I CAN´T SPEND MUCH TIME TRAINING, WOULD IT BE A PROBLEM?

No! Each person has different circumstances, so I tailor every program specifically to each clients needs. If you can only spend 20 mins per day, or one hour three days a week training, it doesn´t matter, I will prepare your program to ensure you make the most of your personal circumstances.

DO I NEED ANY KIND OF EQUIPMENT TO TRAIN WITH YOU?

To train your body we don´t necessarily need any equipment, however depending on your training experience and goals equipment is very helpful, for example:

If you are new to training, it is very easy as we can start using your bodyweight, but if you an advanced sport person and your aim is to gain muscle mass, weights would be very helpful.

It will all depend on your goals and your experience, but all programs are adapted to each clients possibilities.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE BEFORE I START WORKING WITH YOU?

You can be a newbie or a pro!

No matter your age, gender, experience, size, etc…There is a place and a training for everyone!

DO I NEED TO FOLLOW UP A SPECIAL DIET TO GET RESULTS?

The magic training or the magic diet don´t exist. You can get results without following a specific diet, but of course you will get better and faster results if you follow a nutrition program accordingly to your goals and needs.

For example, if you follow quite a healthy nutrition, your aim is just to get fitter, you can get results just being more active quite easily, but if you would like to lose 10kgs, you need to control your calories intake and your macros, and the same happens if you are lean and you are looking to gain muscle mass, you will need to control your calories intake and your macros.

So the the answer of this question is yes, you can get results, but it will all depend on your personal situation and goals.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET RESULTS?

Our bodies are not all the same, so it will depend on the effort you are willing to make and your adherence to the program. You will normally start to notice some changes after 1-2 weeks.

My advice to all the clients is to enjoy their journey to their goals. You won´t notice relevant changes from one week to the next one, but from one month to the next month or from one month to three months…you won´t be able how much you have improved.

Whatever your goal is, do not rush, take your time and enjoy every single step on your way.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL A PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION?

If you can´t attend to your personal training session and you contact me 24 hours in advance, we can move your session to a different date.

On the Online Training and Nutritional Advice Plus Plan you have 4 online training sessions included per month.
