YUMMY BANANA PANCACKES

How does a good day start? Obviously with a deli breakfast! All macros are covered with this delicious recipe. It is an easy recipe, low calorie and high protein.

You will need:

-1/2 banana.

–30 grs oatmeal.

-150 ml egg whites.

-Sweetener, honey or sugar.

-1 tbsp baking powder.

-1 tbsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice.

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Smash the banana with a fork and add it to the dry ingredients with the egg whites. Mix everything together. Heat a pan at medium heat, grease the pan with any kind of oil and start cooking your pancakes!

4 STEPS FRENCH TOAST

What is your favourite meal of the day? Mine is breakfast!

There are endless sweet and savoury options to start a new day in a good mood and full of energy if you choose a nice breakfast. Like any other meal it should include a source of carbohydrates, a source of protein and a source of fat.

This 4 Step French Toast recipe is a perfect example of a complete and nutritious breakfast. French toasts are very easy to prepare and even easier to eat!.

INGREDIENTS FOR 3 TOASTS:

-120 gr of egg whites/ or 2 eggs

-50 ml of any milk (you can add more milk if needed)

-1 tsp of pumpkin spice or cinnamon (optional)

-Sweetener, brown sugar or honey

-3 bread slices (medium to thick)

STEPS:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the bread slices.
  2. Once the mix is ready, leave the bread slices to soak into the mixture.
  3. Heat a pan at medium heat and cook both sides of each bread slice.
