4 STEPS FRENCH TOAST
What is your favourite meal of the day? Mine is breakfast!
There are endless sweet and savoury options to start a new day in a good mood and full of energy if you choose a nice breakfast. Like any other meal it should include a source of carbohydrates, a source of protein and a source of fat.
This 4 Step French Toast recipe is a perfect example of a complete and nutritious breakfast. French toasts are very easy to prepare and even easier to eat!.
INGREDIENTS FOR 3 TOASTS:
-120 gr of egg whites/ or 2 eggs
-50 ml of any milk (you can add more milk if needed)
-1 tsp of pumpkin spice or cinnamon (optional)
-Sweetener, brown sugar or honey
-3 bread slices (medium to thick)
STEPS:
- Mix all the ingredients together except the bread slices.
- Once the mix is ready, leave the bread slices to soak into the mixture.
- Heat a pan at medium heat and cook both sides of each bread slice.
- Use fruit, syrup, chocolate spread, cheese, bacon, etc…as a side and
